Accident Cause Decision Method in Power Facility Customer with Ground-fault Current Waveform

(in English) In recent years, for the ground-fault current detection in the customer premise, the method for insulate the electrical circuit performed by ground relay has been used, but we can not yet identify the cause of the ground-fault. In this study, paying attention to three major cause of ground-fault is “Tree contact”, “Wildlife contact” and “Insulator deterioration”, to conclude and evaluated the cause by the new decision method. In the result, deciding method applied in this study can be disclose the ground-fault cause with high accuracy, and it is possible to construct a sophisticated energy supply and demand system.
