A connected channel of which efficiency of information transmission has been discussed in [1] has the structure that multiple quantum channels are connected and the output and loss of the previous channel turn into input and noise of the next channel, respectively.
In this study, we use it for expressing a channel such as optical fiber.
We give the states of input and noise for a connected channel by two dimensional orthonormal basis and calculate its quantum mutual entropy and quantum capacity.
We discuss a difference between the classical systems and quantum systems from the view point of mutual entropy. |
