(in English) For high speed mobile communication, a study on LTE-Advanced is being discussed. The increase of communication speed around the cell edge is one of the most important issues. Furthermore, communication area enhancement is also expected. In order to overcome these problems, it is considered that a relay node is one of the possible solutions. The relay node transmits vertically and horizontally polarized electro-magnetic wave around it and omni-directional radiation pattern is expected. In this paper, we propose a horizontally polarized omni-directional antenna using inner and nested outer conductor fed by an inverted L-shaped probe.
