| 抄録 | （和） | 我々は観光地を走る路線バスに観光客が乗り込むことを想定し，ガイドや特殊なサイネージ機材を搭載せずに，乗客に路線観光情報を提供するシステムを検討している．本稿では，多くの観光情報の中から，バスの位置に連動し必要な情報を利用者に提示する観光案内システムを提案し，構築した実験システムで評価について述べる．実際の路線に被験者を搭乗させ評価を行った．その結果，乗客のスマートフォンへの，バスの走行位置に連動した観光スポット情報の配信，あらかじめ登録しておいた降車タイミングの通知などは，車内サイネージに比べ評価が高かった．特に降車タイミング通知の評価は高かったのに対し，位置に連動した情報配信については情報の提示方法など課題が明らかになった． |
| （英） | The route bus for tourists exists in a tourist resort. We are developing the system which provides a passenger with route sightseeing information, without carrying a guide and special digital signage equipment. In this paper, the tourist information system which is interlocked with the location of a bus and shows user required things out of many sightseeing information is proposed, and the evaluation using the built experiment system is described. It evaluated by embarking a subject into an actual route. As a result, distribution of the tourist draw information interlocked with the run location of the bus to a passenger's smart phone, the notice of the alighting timing registered beforehand, etc. had high evaluation compared with digital signage in the car. Especially evaluation of the notice of alighting timing was high. On the other hand, in the information distribution interlocked with the location, the subjects, such as the presentation method of information, became clear. | |
