On Construction of a Field for Validating Resilience of Reconstruction Activities of the Great East Japan Earthquake -- A Case Study of Iwaki City, Fukushima --

(in English) By nuclear accident invoked the Great East Japan Earthquake, many Japanese people was exposed to ``an unclear risk'' related to ``radiation-related health problems.'' The problems arising from Japanese news reporting and the government in initial nuclear accident phase offered a hindrance to recovering Japanese people credibility. In particular inhabitants in Fukushima municipalities (Iwaki city, Futaba county, and Soma district) including site of the nuclear power plant mistrusted, which various communities was segmentalized. It is not too much to say that ``such invisible mutual distrust'' alienated favorable communication.
For imploring such circumstances, volunteers of an NPO in Iwaki city established ``community space'' as project of communication activity March 17, 2014. the author participated in the project members who planed out ``future activities'' by discussion in Iwaki city or SNS.
This paper present not only our construction process of the community space but also concrete example of the future activities.
