(in English) As for the agriculture, products are biomass, and the means of production is ecosystem. Besides, amount of production and quality are affected by various site-specific environment factors such as the weather changes and the soil conditions. Furthermore, needs and food preference of consumers are various. It is indispensable to continuously collect related all data comprehensively. It has been a dream for agricultural science in order to elucidate and to control the extremely complicated system. In late years comprehensive real-time data collection is enabled by next-generation sequencers, sensor networks, UAV, M2M of the agricultural machine, SNS and so on. Emerging personal fabrication promotes development of other methods also. Agriculture big data which is created by integrating these data will enable optimal control of agricultural production systems, rapid breeding by Phenomics, etc.
