Efficiency of Rectify Circuit with Matching Circuit for Wireless Power Transfer

(in English) Rectifying efficiency is extremely important parameter in Wireless Power Transfer system.
Rectifier’s efficiency is affected by diode’s saturation current, threshold voltage, breakdown voltage, topology of rectifier and input impedance.
In this paper, we took up a double-current rectifier, estimated rectifier’s impedance using Moebius transformation, and designed L-type impedance matching circuit.
Furthermore, we report the result that investigated efficiency of rectifier with matching circuit analytically.
