| 抄録 | （和） | This research aims to find out whether following the web usability guidelines of ISO 9241-151 could lead to a more satisfying experience of website for the user. The researcher conducted the case study on Sanook online limited. The research participants were 50 web professionals with some experience in user interface design. The participants were asked to evaluate sanook.com web version for mobile. The usability of the website was evaluated by using inspection method. First, the participants were asked to work on tasks using the website. After finishing the tasks, the participants were asked to fill questionnaires comprising the set of questions regarding the ease of use of the website. The results were analyzed to identify the areas of concern. Then the web pages were fixed by using the relevant ISO 9241-151 guidelines. Finally, the participants were asked to test the new web and answer the questionnaires again. A paired sample t-test was used to determine whether there was a significant difference between the results obtained from the first round and second round questionnaires. This is to find out whether a compliance with the ISO 9241-151 guidelines could lead to higher users' satisfaction. |
