In our previous studies, we have shown lower performer of the gene transfection to floating cells that to adherent cells. To investigate the effect of conditions of the cell on the gene transfection performance, we transfected gene to the floating adherent cells using LIESW. Own results showed degraded performance of the gene transfection to the adherent cells under conditions of these the floating cells that the adhesive conditions. |
