Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The laser-induced emergent stress wave (LIESW) is generated when the pulse laser is irradiated to the structure to accumulate a transparent polymer material, an adhesion layer and a light absorption material (target). LIESW it is used for introducing gene and medicine into cells, and it is studied to improve the transduction efficiency. To comprehend the mechanical action of LIESW molecules on the cell it is necessary to investigate the propagation process of LIESW in the culture container. However, it might be difficult to examine it experimentally. Then, it was tried to model the experiment system, to do the numerical analysis, and to make the propagation process of LIESW visible. Finite difference time domain (FDTD) method is used for the numerical analysis in this study.
