(in English) Recent progresses in photonic electromagnetic measurement (PEM) research and development are remarkable for electromagnetic interference (EMI) measurements, antenna measurement and microwave and millimeter wave photonics. PEM technical committee was established in April 2004 within IEICE. In this paper, we present some recent PEM research topics for the field of antenna measurement and electromagnetic field measurement.
