This report is discussing the motion analysis of the small bowel using optical flow(OF) estimation to the Cine-MRI.Intensity changes resulting from motion of the intestinal tract toward a direction perpendicular to
an image surface have a bad influence on the estimated result of OF. In order to remove such unnecessary intensity changes from the image, we use RPCA(Robust Principal Component Analysis) [1], and examine its validity.
Then,we estimate OF from the image whose unnecessary intensity changes are removed, and analize motion of the small bowel. |
