(in English) The present status of the development on the Nuclear Spin Imaging (NSI) based on the hyperpolarized 3He- and -19F -MRI is reported aiming at application to the medical diagnosis. The Brute force method employing an
extremely low temperature (T<10m) and high magnetic field (B~17T) is used to generate the hyperpolarized 3He, the Para Hydrogen Induced Polarization (PHIP) is used to generate the hyperpolarized 19F in the PerFluoro
Carbon (PFC).
A compact NMR polarimeter based on the PXI and Labview, which has been used so far, is revised to enable
the measurement at 17T.
