Oscillator's Q-Factor Analysis of a Varactor Diode Parallel Resonant Circuit with Parasitic Resistance

(in English) Active Q-factor formulas for a parallel resonance circuit which is incorporated in VCO have been derived. Q-factor calculation about the circuit has been performed using the formulas. According to the examination to calculation results, it has been clarified quantitatively that parasitic resistances of the circuit degrade enormously active Q-factor.
