(in English) The sampling clock circuit using a Manchester code and the data detection technique are described. The proposal technique samples a clock using a Manchester code which has a transition at the middle of each bit period, then the clock detects the data included a received signal. Here, a received signal is detected at the first half and the latter half of a Manchester code to avoid the false detection. Therefore, the data detection is possible without using a clock generator whose electricity consumption is large. The propose technique was confirmed by measurement with a fabricated IC.
