(in English) We proposed and fabricated a tunable add-drop multiplexer in a silicon waveguide Mach-Zehnder interferometer that has sampled grating structures and ferroelectric liquid crystal (FLC) cladding. The switching operation of the fabricated device, which separated the input and reflected signals without a circulator, is reported. We also propose a silicon waveguide Mach-Zehnder interferometer with weighted grating structures for a tunable add-drop filter. In this paper, wavelength characteristics with suppressed side lobes in the proposed device are demonstrated, theoretically and experimentally.
