Towards Application of Search Engine Focusing on Trend-related Queries to Market of Data

(in English) This paper discusses the applicability of a search engine designed for answering trend-related queries to market of data. Aiming at narrowing the gap between user's information need and functions provided by a search engine, we are developing advanced search engine that focuses on the task of answering trend-related queries. As the task of answering trend-related queries is supposed to be common in various domains, we expect it could be used for various purposes. The market of data is supposed to be one of promising target domain, because it can be used for finding connection between different data resources in terms of
temporal trend. This paper shows some examples of finding relationship among different data resources.
