(in English) The influence of the external interference noise on oscillators is analyzed employing the concept of injection-locked phenomena. By applying the Adler’s equation about the injection-locking dynamics for the phase modulation of oscillators with external noise, we found that the phase error response of the oscillators shows the good linearity about the magnitude of the injection signal and the offset frequency under the weak-injection condition. This property is validated by circuit simulation. The test-chip for the analysis of the phase error response about the external voltage signal in oscillators is fabricated using the standard CMOS process and the measurement results are compared with the theoretical results.
