We propose a method for human detection from Aerial Images taken by Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). In that situations, there has crucial difficulties in human detection such as: heavy noise, motion blur, low resolution human regions, wide variations of negative samples and etc. These problems cause the degradations in human detection. In order to address these problems that the previous works cannot deal with, we exploit both a Deep Learning and an Online Learning. Effective method in our approach is 1)using Deep Learning with MS-HOG to improve the performance, 2) dealing with the wide variations of negative samples in Online Learning. Experimental results show the effective of the proposed method. |
