| 抄録 | （和） | 水平面で直線的に頭部に接近・遠離移動するラウドスピーカから出る白色雑音をバイノーラル録音し、それらのバイノーラル再生音像の軌跡を、受聴者が手に持ったモーションセンサで記録した。その結果、移動音源の方位角度が15～75゜の場合、音像が耳元で後方にずれるという特異的な動きをすることがわかった。しかし、移動音源の呈示角度と、受聴者が手で追跡した音像軌跡の方位角度は必ずしも一致しなかった。静止音源をバイノーラル録音し、それらをバイノーラル再生したときの音像の横幅を、受聴者が手に持ったモーションセンサで描画させた。その結果、静止音源の呈示角度が真正面(0゜)と真横(90゜)の場合は音像中心の定位角度が過小評価されやすく、呈示角度が斜め前方(15゜～60゜)の場合は定位角度が過大評価されやすいことがわかった。また、呈示角度と定位角度は±15°以内でずれていた。バイノーラル録音・再生系には問題が無いので、移動音源の呈示角度と音像軌跡の方位角度の不一致は、手による角度指示のあいまいさによるものと考えられる。 |
| （英） | A listener traced moving sound image of reproduced binaural signals, which were binaurally recorded horizontally approaching and retreating sounds to/from his head surface, using a motion sensor in his hand. The trajectory confirmed that the approaching and retreating sounds in the 15° to 75° azimuth radial direction resulted in unusual sound image movement very close to the head surface; it moved back parallel to the head toward the ear. The azimuthal angles of the sound image trajectories, however, did not necessarily coincide with those of the sound source trajectories. A listener drew a horizontal width of a still sound image of a binaurally recorded and reproduced signal using the motion sensor in his hand. Results showed that angles of the sound image center were underestimated for sound sources presented at the front (0°) or laterally (90°), while overestimated for those presented at diagonally forward (15°～60°). Further, discrepancies between hand pointed angles of sound image center and presented angles of sound sources were less than ±15°. Since the binaural recording and reproduction system have no problem, the ambiguity of the angle-pointing actions by hand could be the discrepancies between sound source and sound image trajectories. | |
