Fire-damaged diagnosis of the concrete includes various method including the physical or chemical examination. We proposed a new method of a fire-damaged diagnosis by nondestructiveness and contactless method. Specifically, concrete surface generated forced excitation by high-intensity aerial ultrasonic waves and obtain fire-damaged information of the concrete surface by analyzed vibration properties. However, the building is to be repaired, it is necessary to determine the extent and cost of the work. In addition, it is also important to determine the level of fire damage within concrete sample, particularly along the depth direction, in order to determine the extent of necessary repairs. Therefore we dig a small hole of around 10mm in diameter into the concrete and attempt to detect fire-damaged the concrete using the vibration characteristic. In this report, we examine to make an internal fire-damaged diagnosis of the concrete sample which buried plural thermocouples. |
