(in English) Molecular structure at solid surfaces determines properties and functions of the surfaces, and to understand them, it is quite important to probe surface molecules at the surfaces in situ and in real-time.
Because the number of surface molecules is very limited, probing the surface molecules requires different techniques from probing bulk molecules.
In the present article, surface selective spectroscopic techniques, visible – infrared sum-frequency generation spectroscopy (SFG) and a few study on surface molecular structure by those techniques are also introduced.
