Fast Transient Simulation of Non-uniform Distributed Parameter Circuit with Nonlinear Device by Locally Implicit LIM

(in English) Locally Implicit Latency Insertion Method (LILIM) has been proposed as one of the fast transient
simulation methods of non-uniform distributed parameter circuit. In this method, the implicit scheme is applied to
the partial circuits consisting of small reactive elements to alleviate numerical stability condition. Therefore, the
computational time at a time step increases but the total number of time steps drastically decreases. In the result,
this method is more several times faster than LIM. In this report, We formulate a nonlinear device for the LILIM,
and discribe that the LILIM can perform the fast transient circuit analysis of a Non-uniform distributed parameter
circuit including nonlinear devices.
