(in English) The revision of JIS Z 8115:2000 Glossary of Used in Dependability is proceeded. In this revision, some terms
and definitions are changed and many terms are added, as the results of focused on harmonization with the international
standard of dependability terms and reconsidered the terms and definitions which obsolete. This paper provides an overview of
the draft standards following Parts 1.
