Analysis of gaze movement while viewing ultra-high-definition images at short distance

(in English) The spread of the 4K resolution and 8K resolution movies is advanced, and people can enjoy movies with high presence by short distance. As an analysis of gaze movement when viewing super-high-definition movie by short distance, we conducted an experiment when subjects view the 4K resolution movie shown to a big screen display at the different viewing locations, and we analyzed fixation point in the respective locations. As a result, subjects at left position tended to view right side of screen, the subjects at center and right position tended to view around center of screen in viewing distance of 1.5H. Subjects at left position tended to view central left side of screen, the subjects at center and right position tended to view around center of screen in viewing distance of 0.75H.
