This paper presents novel topologies of Radio Frequency (RF) rectifier which suppresses deviation of input impedance $Z_{in}$ due to fluctuation of Direct Current (DC) load $R$. This topologies is called inverse Doherty rectifier. The inverse Doherty rectifier connects unit RF rectifiers in parallel. And the inverse Doherty rectifier autonomously switches the unit RF rectifiers in accordance with resistance value of DC Load. |
