Effect of TCP congestion control on WebQoE

(in English) This paper studies effect of TCP congestion control in a Web client and a Web server on quality of experience(QoE) by experiment. In the experiment, the authors treat three TCP congestion controls, TCP Cubic, TCP Vegas and TCP Illinoi, and consider a shopping service as a designated Web service; they utilize satisfaction, effectiveness and efficiency, which are the Web usability, as a WebQoE. The experimental results show that the TCP congestion control can affect WebQoE under some envronment.
