Verification of Quality Estimation Model for Transcoded Videos

(in English) In order to manage quality of transcoded videos, we have studied a quality estimation model using full reference metrics and bit-rates of before and after transcoding. The proposed model was constructed based on subjective quality data for 8 video contents and we confirmed that the precision is good for the contents. However, for other contents (validation data), the performance of the proposed model was not confirmed. Therefore in this paper we verify the performance of the proposed model for validation data by using the 8 contents of the previous study and new 8 contents. We have confirmed that the precision of the proposed model for validation data is also good.
