(in English) In this research, we assume an environment that occurrence of a large-scale disaster that cannot utilize communications infrastructure and use SpotPass communication by refuge's handheld unit. We verify a sharing possibility of the crowd movement information in bottom-up way by exchanging information of each terminal keeping through simple simulations. As a result, it became clear that existence of refuges who moves to shelters except a nearest shelter achieves the bridging function of the information and has a big influence on the information sharing rate.
