5G wireless access network realizes a network with higher system performance, which can manage various types of traffic by use of an architecture with a layered structure consisting of different wireless systems. Such layered structure consisting of different wireless systems can improve quality of experience (QoE) of users by means of effective radio resource management which uses different wireless systems simultaneously. This paper proposes a multi-domain radio resource management method which uses different wireless systems simultaneously and dynamically. The evaluation results showed that the proposed method can improve QoE even when the required quality of service (QoS) is time-varying. |
