Installation and Operation of Live Cameras and Environmental Sensors for Regional Development

(in English) Under the cooperation agreement between Osaka Institute of Technology and Kawakami village in Nara, we are working for producing a system that may contribute to their publicity by using ICT. In this paper we introduce one of our project of installing internet live cameras that enables public viewing of famous cherry blossoms at Akitsuno Ono Sports Park. Also we are going to install environmental sensors at Mifune Waterfall to observe the growth of icefall.
