Discrimination between CG and Natural Images with Generalized Gaussian Distribution and Noise Analysis

(in English) Discrimination methods between CG and natural images are mainly divided into two categories: wavelet statistics based and noise based. The wavelet statistics based methods often have difficulties in estimating the pdfs accurately, and the noise based methods are largely sensitive to compression or resizing. In this paper, we propose a hybrid method that combines the wavelet statistics based and noise based methods. Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods in accuracy.
