(in English) This paper is to elaboration the safety norms for harm of manufacturing industry, was exploring the selection responsibility. The study procedure, the base to be define two categories. The safety norms, defined as "physical safety" and "ethical safety", put theory the risk and hazard. And, the selection responsibility, as the "appropriateness of the choice of technology" and "compatibility of selected technology", to define the selection responsibility. These are all categorization, define its properties and reliability, safety norms definition for residual risk in the risk management of manufacturing is obtained to verify the compatibility.
