(in English) In this paper, we study robust a% settling time control of nonlinear uncertain discrete time systems. ``Robust a% settling time control'' means that the output of servosystems robustly converge to the region within the error a% from the constant reference value. When the systems have uncertainty and the reference input is not 0, we can not compute the equilibrium of the system.
The main issue of this report is to determine the region in which equilibrium exists.
