| 抄録 | （和） | マルチエージェント学習における重要な学習パラメータである 探査率について、その最適性と均衡性の間の関係に着目した解析を行う。 まず異なる探査率を持つエージェント集団があっ た時、その探査率の違いによる学習能力の違いを、単純な資源 共有問題を用いて分析する。続いて、探査の違いによる個々の エージェントにおける利得の向上と、全体としての利得の違いをもとめ、そ れにより、システムとしての最適性と、エージェントの探査率選択 における均衡の差を求める。これらの分析により、自律的な探査率選択 の有効性を議論する。 |
| （英） | Relations among exploration ratio, total performance of multiagent learning, and relative performance of individual agent agents are investigated. Exploration ratio is a key parameter to determine features of multiagent learning in two aspects: as a speed controller of learning in individual agents, and as a reciprocal noise factor for other agents. I investigated the total learning performance of multiagent and relative benefit of individual agents with various exploration ratio and other settings in nonstationary resource sharing problems. Finally, I discuss the correspondency of the optimal exploration ratio and equilibrium point in evolutional adjustment of the ratio. |
