発達障害児向けICT教材開発におけるEPISODEの実践と評価 ○金山貴泰・後藤隆彰・西野哲朗(電通大) KBSE2014-52 |

近年, 発達障害児の教育に対して, ICT教材を取り入れようという試みがある.
しかし, 発達障害児は認知の発達段階に個人差があり, 市販のICT教材を利用することが困難である場合がある.
そこで現在, 東京都立調布特別支援学校と国立大学法人電気通信大学とが共同でICT教材作成プロジェクトを行い,それぞれの児童に合った教材を個別に開発している.
本研究では,発達障害児向けのICT教材の開発にインクルーシブデザインの考え方を取り入れる.
インクルーシブデザインは,開発の初期段階から高齢者や障害者を開発プロジェクトに参加させ,開発対象の特別な要求を抽出する考え方である.
一方で, これまでに,アジャイル開発とイノベーション創出手法を核とした, 方法論であるEPISODEが提案されている.
そこで本研究では,EPISODEにインクルーシブデザインの考え方を適用した開発方法の提案と,発達障害児向けICT教材開発における実践について報告する. |

In the education of children with developmental disabilities, attempts have been made to include ICT (Information and Communication Technology) teaching materials. However, children with developmental disabilities have several individual differences in the developmental stage of their cognitive faculties. Thus, it is difficult to make use of commercially available ICT teaching materials when working with them. As a result, the Chofu special needs school and the University of Electro-Communications work jointly on developing ICT teaching materials. During the project, teaching materials that are suitable for each of the children are developed.
In this study, we introduce the concept of inclusive design in the development of ICT teaching materials for children with developmental disabilities. Inclusive design is a method in which the elderly and people with disabilities take part during the early stages of development, and it is the idea of extracting the special request associated with the development. On the other hand, EPISODE (An Extreme Programming Method for Innovative Software Based on Systems Design), which includes agile development and innovation techniques at its core, has been proposed. Therefore, in this study, we propose a method for developing method which includes concept of inclusive design and EPISODE in order to develop ICT teaching materials. Moreover, we report on the practice of developing ICT teaching materials for children with developmental disabilities. |
