Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page) 
(in English) An estimation method for the absorption characteristics of a cap type absorber for protecting an integrated circuit was proposed so far. However estimate errors caused by the fabrication and placement error of the absorber are concerned. In this report, an absorption estimation method including the error effects is proposed. As a result, the frequency characteristics of the absorption can be estimated by the proposed method.
