(in English) While expectations of personal Information and life log accumulation and utilization have been rapidly growing for more personal and efficient services, negative issues due to leakage of users’ privacy information have been increasingly recognized. This study aims to investigate the mechanism of acceptance of Web services by focusing on the influence of users’ privacy awareness and psychological barriers to the provision of personal information. We conducted an online questionnaire survey and analyzed it to clarify users’ psychological barriers by path analysis. As a result, it was confirmed that the users’ psychological barriers affected to utilize personal information in the web services
