| 抄録 | （和） | ナチュラルコンピューティングは，自然界における様々な性質や原理を計算に用いる計算パラダイムである．このナチュラルコンピューティングはいくつかの側面があり，その一つは，DNA 計算などのように，生態系を並列処理システムのハードウェアとみなし，このシステムを統合的に制御して計算困難問題の解を求める計算モデルとしての捉え方である．一方，遺伝的アルゴリズムや粒子群最適化に代表されるように，問題を生物の環境として定式化し，生命や自然の振る舞いにヒントを得て解を求めるメタヒューリスティクスの一種としても捉えられる．本講演では，これらのナチュラルコンピューティングにおいて用いられるアルゴリズムについて，具体的な研究例を用いて説明を行う． |
| （英） | Natural computing is a computation paradigm inspired by features and laws of nature. There are a number of research fields in the natural computing. From one point of view, the natural computing is a computational model that solves computationally hard problems, such as DNA computing. In this case, a biological environment is considered as a hardware system for parallel computing, and a problem is solved by synthetic control of the biological system. On the other hand, the natural computing is also considered as a kind of metaheuristics, such as a genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization. In this case, a problem is formalized as a biological environment, and the problem is solved accordig to laws of nature. In this talk, I introduce algorithms in the natural computing with some research examples. | |
