Development of dynamical invisible watermarking embedding system for PDF document

(in English) We developed dynamical embedding system of invisible digitalwatermarking for PDF documents.The PDF is one of popular document file formats,and then the PDF documents are widely used as business documents.Therefore,the digital watermarking is expected as a tool for identifying unfair user from leaked documents.In our system,documents holder uploads the original PDF document to the system,and then each user is authenticated by own ID.When the authorized user downloads the PDF document from the system,the user ID is dynamically embedded into the document as watermark.The generated stego-PDF documents is effective for countermeasure against unauthorized distribution.In order to embed invisible digital watermark into a PDF document,the watermark is embedded by modifying line-spacing patterns.In the structure of PDF file,lines are placed at specified coordinates by operators.By detecting the coordinate operator,the length of line space can be easily calculated.The lengths of line spaces are aligned with their average lenght,since they are a little different.Three line spaces of each are grouped as a pattern,and then each pattern represents one bit of the watermark.In embedder,watermark bits are embedded by modifying the lengths of line spaces.As a result,our system could embed watermark into PDF documents without a feeling of strangeness.Moreover,the capacity by the proposed method is almost twice as much as one by existing embedding method.
