(in English) Nanofibrous materials, which is one of the one-dimensional (1-D) nanomaterials, have unique properties compared to their bulk solids (e.g., large specific surface area, high electrical conductivity, and good electrochemical activity). In addition, they are easy to form a 2-D or 3-D network structure. This network structure enables efficient charge transport through the network backbone and efficient chemical reaction at the surface. This report provides our recent research works on nanofiber networks composed of carbon and organic semiconductors prepared by electrospinning and self-assembly, respectively, and their application for devices including electrodes of energy-storage devices and organic thin-film solar cells.
