(in English) Studies of propagation models in inter-vehicle communication environments have been reported. The models give the propagation loss as a function of positions of the transmitting and receiving points in the road length direction and do not take into account the positions in the road width direction. It is intuitively understood, however, the change in the positions of the road width direction affects the propagation loss characteristics. In this paper, by ray-tracing analysis we evaluate propagation loss characteristics in line-of-sight and non line-of-sight environments, to reveal the relationship between the road parameters and the variation of the propagation loss by the change of the positions in the road width direction. As the metric of the variation of the propagation loss, we use standard deviation of the variation of the propagation loss when the receiving points are varied in the road width direction.
