Analysis of Electron-Wave Lens Frequency Discriminator

(in English) Electron-Wave Lens effect can be applied as a function of the frequency discrimination in FSK(Frequency-Shift Keying) Terahertz communication systems. Since this lens effect is a quantum mechanical phenomenon, quantum noise causes the discriminator errors. This study examines error reduction by FHSS(Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technique. We made the mathematical model of the frequency discriminator and confirmed error reduction effect of FHSS by a numerical experiment.
