New foodlabeling system of functional food started from April, 2015. It is expected the increase of food products and fresh foods labeled information about those function. It might be difficult for consumers to understand correctly and to find foods suit their needs from flood of information. In this research, we conducted web based survey about consumers’ understanding and impression on new functional food factor using fictional news report based on real research. We introduced Cognitive Reflection Test to investigate the influence of cognitive traits on the reading comprehension and interpretation. |
