Selfish Behavior Preventing Method with User's Information in Incentive-Based Delay Tolerant Networking

(in English) Currently, in order to perform the regional activation, an Incentive-based Delay Tolerant Network system has been proposed. In this system, users obtain a reward such as discount service depending on the number of contacts. In this system, it is expected that a large number of users walk around downtown and the region is activated. However, in this system, a user can increase the number of contacts with multiple mobile terminals and can obtain a larger reward.Therefore, in this paper, we propose four methods for dealing with the fraud. In each method, the number of contacts and an obtained reward are computed based on the information about contacts. These methods can be utilized in several kinds of mobile terminals and applications. We evaluate the performances of these methods and investigate the effectiveness of the methods.
