| 抄録 | （和） | 歯のブラッシングは，口腔衛生状態を維持に不可欠な日常動作である．その指導法の客観化を目的として，これまで歯ブラシの3次元運動と荷重，および上肢・頭部・体幹運動が解析されてきた．客観的指導法の確立には，それらすべてを同時かつ3次元的に計測し，分析する必要がある．そこで本研究では，歯ブラシ，手部，前腕，上腕，頭部，体幹の3次元運動および歯ブラシ荷重を同時測定するシステムを構築した．それで上下歯列各ブロックの刷掃動作を計測し，歯ブラシ運動の振幅・周期，歯ブラシ荷重，上肢関節の角度変位を評価した．得られた結果が先行研究結果を支持していたことから，本システムの歯みがき動作分析における有用性が示唆された． |
| （英） | Tooth brushing is a daily activity necessary to maintain oral hygiene. In order to objectify its instruction method, the 3D motion and load of tooth brush and the 3D motion of the upper extremity, cranium and trunk have been analyzed up to now. All these data should be measured and analyzed simultaneously to establish objective instruction methods of brushing. Then, this study aimed to build a system for measuring the 3D motion and load of tooth brush and the 3D motion of the hand, forearm, upper arm, head and trunk simultaneously. Using this system, we measured the motion of brushing several blocks of the upper and lower dental arches, and analyzed the amplitude and period of tooth-brush motion, the load of tooth brush and an angular range of the joints of the upper extremity. Consequently, all results nearly supported those of previous studies, suggesting its utility for the motion analysis of tooth brushing. | |
