PV Simulator Using Diode Characteristics for Development of PV system

(in English) This paper proposes that PV simulator using diode characteristics for development of PV system. In order to reproduce characteristics of PV module, instead of huge digital data of I-V characteristics of PV module, a real diode is used in the proposed system. A microcontroller that controls with a little amount of data memory is used to control the system. If the parameters are changed, it is changed that the characteristics of PV module which vary by temperature and solar irradiation, it is possible to obtain arbitrary that. Experiments were conducted to show that excellent performances were obtained.
