(in English) Reproducibility of the results of research papers is one of the most fundamental requirement for scientific researches. However, with the recent advent of measurement technology and accompanying data deluge and sophistication of data analysis methods, the reproduction of large scale data analysis is becoming more difficult in general. This problem has being actualized in the field of next generation sequencer (NGS) data analysis. In this report, we would like to discuss the applications of Docker containers and cloud systems and their future extensions to cope with the increase of researcher’s demands for computer resources, from the viewpoint of service operation of the NIG supercomputer system.
