Receiver Localization Method Using TX/RX Power Resonators for a Wireless Power Transfer System with a 2D Resonator Array

(in English) Our goal is to realize a two-dimensional wireless power transmission system, which provides electrical power to all devices in a room, putting multiple resonators in a tiled pattern on the floor as well as on the wall. To improve transmission efficiency, the system creates line-shaped virtual power routes to the designated devices, by switching on each resonator element. The system needs to localize receivers to create virtual routes automatically. Therefore, we propose a receiver localization method using TX/RX power resonators. This method has an advantage that it is based on the magnetic coupling between resonators.
