Colorization-based image coding using Superpixel

(in English) This paper proposes novel Colorization-based image coding method which the image is divided into Superpixel, to restore the chrominance of each Superpixel in the linear transformation of luminance. Color image coding using the Colorization have been proposed, but none have effectively using local correlation of the luminance component and chrominance components.
Therefore local variation in the color difference restoration is excessively smoothed, there is a problem that reduces the visual quality. In the region segmentation is able to suppress sudden fluctuations in the area thus becomes possible to restore the chrominance from the luminance using a linear transformation. Actually performs color image coding using this approach, and shows the superiority of the JPEG.
